On the 30th anniversary of publication, this special edition, renewed and enriched with illustrations by Juliet Pomés Leiz, of a gastronomic classic dedicated to the simplest and most successful contribution to Catalan cuisine: bread with tomato. Before, long before cooking and cooking became the current phenomenon, the first edition of this book became an absolute success. Pomés, with this book, turned the most popular and representative dish of Catalan cuisine into haute gastronomy by dedicating a whole treatise to it, apart from a complete recipe book.
