Angle Editorial​ has published two volumes that complement each other: Botigues emblemàtiques de Catalunya. Un viatge per viure i sentir la història. (Tasta'l) and Botigues emblemàtiques de Catalunya. Els tresors perduts. (Tasta'l). This is a commercial establishments photographs compilation by Consol Bancells, that by their decoration and the products they sell, have a special charm. They are stores that allow us to immerse ourselves in the past and that help us to relive the story.

These books are an excellent collection of photographs, with precise presentation texts and with much interest. It has the value, in addition, to serve as a last claim of an already disappeared heritage: many shops we can only see them in Botigues emblemàtiques de Catalunya. But these books are not only a vindication of the past. They are, above all, a cry for the vacuum that is remaining as these establishments close, and a call to reflect on the model of trade and society that we want.
