Secure shopping

We guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information you provide. Oniricat protects your personal data and applies a privacy-friendly cookie policy in accordance with current European regulations.
We offer several secure payment methods so that you can choose the one that best suits you:

- Credit card, debit card or Bizum through Banco Sabadell's virtual POS, PayPal or Amazon Pay

Our electronic credit and debit card payment system uses Banco Sabadell's secure e-commerce payment gateway (Redsys). SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption ensures the secure transmission of data over the network.
We also offer payments through PayPal and Amazon Pay.

- Bank transfer

If you choose this payment method, Oniricat will send you an email with the information required to make the bank transfer. Please include your full name as the payment reference so that the transfer can be linked to your order. Proof of payment may be sent to info@oniricat.cat. Products will be reserved for 5 days, but the order will not be dispatched until the transfer has been received. Any bank transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs

Orders can currently be placed from Spain, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders from other countries, including Andorra, please contact us.
Orders are shipped by express courier. Shipping costs for orders weighing up to 5 kg are €6.50 within Catalonia, €8.50 to the rest of mainland Spain and €14.95 to the Balearic Islands. Orders exceeding this weight will be assessed individually. Shipping costs for other destinations will be calculated according to the destination.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed before completing your order. Shipping is free in Catalonia for purchases of €60 or more, in the rest of mainland Spain for purchases of €60 or more, and to the Balearic Islands for purchases of €110 or more.

Sustainable delivery

Deliveries are handled by GLS. If nobody is available at the delivery address, a new delivery can be arranged or the parcel may be redirected to a nearby collection point.

Orders are normally delivered within approximately 24-48 hours in Catalonia and mainland Spain. Deliveries to the Balearic Islands are made by sea and may take an additional 3-4 working days. Delivery times to other destinations vary depending on the country. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

GLS applies its Climate Protect programme to its shipments, with initiatives aimed at reducing emissions, using renewable energy and developing lower-impact delivery systems.

Exchanges and returns

Right of withdrawal

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must clearly inform Oniricat of the decision to withdraw from the purchase before the end of this period. Notification may be sent by email to info@oniricat.cat or by any other means that provides a record of the customer's decision.

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the customer must return the products without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

Products must be returned to: ONIRICAT – C/ Cadis, 6 – 08911 Badalona (Barcelona), Spain.

The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal, except where the return is due to an error by Oniricat, a defective product or another issue attributable to Oniricat.

The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We recommend returning products in their original packaging whenever possible or, in any case, in suitable packaging that adequately protects them during transport.

Cash-on-delivery returns or parcels sent with postage due will not be accepted.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, Oniricat will refund the payments received from the customer, including the initial delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Oniricat. If the customer expressly chose a more expensive delivery method, the additional cost of that method will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date on which Oniricat is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.

Oniricat may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed and does not result in any additional cost to the customer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by law, including, among others, goods made or personalised according to the customer's specifications; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed after delivery.

Product exchanges

If the customer voluntarily wishes to exchange a product for another, they should first contact Oniricat at info@oniricat.cat.

For voluntary exchanges requested by the customer, the cost of returning the product to Oniricat shall be borne by the customer. Once the exchange has been made, Oniricat will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product to the customer.

If there is a price difference between the products, the corresponding difference will be refunded or charged.

Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products

If the product received is defective, has been damaged during transport or does not correspond to the product ordered, the customer should contact Oniricat as soon as possible at info@oniricat.cat, quoting the order number and, whenever possible, attaching photographs that allow the issue to be assessed.

In such cases, where the issue is attributable to Oniricat, Oniricat will bear the necessary return and replacement shipping costs and will provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

The rights described in this section are independent of the right of withdrawal and do not limit the consumer's statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity of the product.

Legal guarantee

Products sold by Oniricat are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee provided for by applicable consumer protection legislation.

In the event of a lack of conformity, consumers may exercise the rights to which they are legally entitled within the time limits and under the conditions established by applicable legislation.

Cancelling an order before dispatch

An order may be cancelled provided that it has not yet been dispatched. To request cancellation, please contact Oniricat as soon as possible at info@oniricat.cat or by telephone on +34 934 642 920.

If the order has not yet been dispatched and payment has already been made, Oniricat will refund the amount paid using the same payment method whenever possible.
