About the autor
Toni Monné is a journalist and has always been linked to various publications about cooking and gastronomy. He founded and led for more than ten years two of the best-selling cooking magazines in Spain ("Cocina Fácil" y "Comer Bien"). He also directed the magazine "Lecturas Especial Cocina", littlebooks collection "Con Mucho Gusto" and he has been editorial consultant for "Comer y Beber".
Xabier Mendiola is the author of "Barcelona gastronomía y cocina" and coauthor of "Emoción en el plato", "Del huerto a la mesa", "Del bosque a la mesa", "Quesos y Paisajes", "Los mejores bocadillos del mundo" and "Pica-Pica" books, also published by Cossetània.
