How to buy

a) Click on any of our products and the product tab will open.

b) Choose the color, size (if any) and quantity you want.

c) Click "add to cart" and your choice will appear in the shopping cart automatically. The shopping cart is the summary of the order you are making and where you can see the items you have selected and the details of the purchase. From this screen you can also delete some of the products or modify the quantity.

When you have finished choosing the products of your order and you are in the shopping basket, you will see below ACCOUNT, where you must register by creating your account and put your personal information (shipping address etc.).

e) Then, you must click to choose the type of payment (credit card/virtual debit card by Banc Sabadell or Paypal, bank transfer).

f) Finally, you will see a confirmation screen of the shipment. You can print this screen, although we will send you a confirmation by e-mail and in a few days you will receive the package at home.

Secure shopping

We guarantee the security and confidentiality of all your data provided. Remember that in order to make a purchase, you must first register as a user. Your data will become part of the file (see Data Protection section below).

We offer you three secure payment systems so you can choose the one that suits you best:

-Credit or debit card through Banco Sabadell virtual POS or Paypal

Our electronic payment system with credit or debit card is attached to the secure electronic payment gateway of Banco Sabadell (Redsys). The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption system provides complete transient security of the data over the network.

We are also affiliated with Paypal, recognized international secure payment system, with which you need to have activated a PayPal account and you must indicate to your server the details of your card. After confirming the order will open the Paypal page and you must enter the username and password and once the payment has been confirmed, the user will be redirected back to our website.

-Wire transfer

If you choose this payment system, will send you an email with the necessary data to make the bank transfer. As a concept of the transfer you must enter your name and surname, this way the transfer will be associated with the order. You must send to the proof that you have done the transfer. The purchased products will be reserved instantly for 5 days, but the order will not be sent until after receiving the transfer. The costs of processing the bank transfer will be borne by the customer.


Shipping costs

Currently you can order from the following countries: Spain, France, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Netherlands and Belgium. To buy from other countries, please, contact us.

Shipping is by express courier. The cost per order up to 5 kilos will be € 5.90 for the territory of Catalonia, € 7.90 for the rest of the Peninsula and € 13.95 for the Balearic Islands. In case of exceeding this weight, the specific case will be studied. For other destinations, will be detailed each case in particular.

Before finalizing the order you will see exactly how much it costs the shipment and, therefore, when you will spend with your order. In Catalonia from a purchase of € 60 (regardless of the quantity of products) the shipment will be free. In the rest of the Peninsula, from a purchase of 80 € (regardless of the quantity of products) the shipment will be free.


The delivery is done by means of carrier. In case he does not find anyone at the place of destination, he will leave a statement, to get in touch and to agree a new day and time of delivery.

Shipments will be delivered between approximately 24 and 48 hours for Catalonia and the rest of the Peninsula. For other destinations, the delivery time will vary depending on the destination which will be duly detailed (not counting the weekend, nor holidays).

Returns & exchanges

General Terms

-All products can be exchanged or returned within 24 hours of receipt of an order, having previously communicated the return to the phone 0034 934642920

-The products must be returned in perfect condition and no product containing signs of having been used will be accepted.

-The products must be sent to the possible with the original packaging or with another that also guarantees the safety of the products.

The shipping costs to our facilities must be made by the interested customer and if the specific case allows, will be paid to the customer. No package will be accepted that arrives at cash on delivery.

-The money referring to a refund will be refunded b
y the payment method used.

Once verified that everything is correct, the amount will be refunded regarding the products returned or the one of the returned order. As provided in the law, the amount relating to shipping costs is excluded because it is a subcontracted service.

-The return period of the amount will be as short as possible and will never exceed 30 days.

-The return of any merchandise will require the agreement of both parties. reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate for any damages suffered by the goods, as well as to recover the direct costs caused by the return.

Cancellation of an order in progress

You can cancel an order in progress as long as it has not been shipped. In this case the treatment will be like a return.

-If you have paid the order, the money will be returned in full in the shortest possible time.

Change of products requested by the customer

The changes that have been requested will be made and, where appropriate, will be refunded or the price difference will be charged. The cost of sending the change from the customer to will be borne by the customer.

For obvious reasons, returns of products that show clear evidence of having been used or have some kind of malfunction or manipulation will not be accepted. We do not accept any package that carries amount to pay for shipping (refund). It is necessary for the customer to pay the shipment and then, if necessary, we will refund the amount or we will add some product of equal value and/or higher.

During the purchase process a series of data and personal information are required to provide a good service. These data are treated according to the current legislation of protection and confidentiality in the processing of personal data. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Law 34/2001 of 11 July on "Information Society Services", we inform that the personal data that are provided in the form of the web will be object of treatment and will be included in a computerized file.

In this way, the contact data can be used to inform customers about changes in status or incidents that may arise in the processing of their orders. In case of being clients, or potential clients, they consent to receive commercial information about the services offered by, except that within 10 days another option is manifested, also by email.

The personal data of the users will not be ceded or sold or leased to any company or public or private entity without the consent of the owner of the data.
