Càntir 2022 Carme Pinós

The 2022 càntir of the 72nd Festa del Càntir d'Argentona is a clay jug by the prestigious architect and designer Carme Pinós.

Handcrafted from enamelled pisa ceramic. Each jug is delivered with its individual personalized box with the original sketch of the jug made by Carme Pinós herself.

Measures: 29 x 16 x 8 cm.

Notice: Botijo ​​made by mold at the designer's request, it is not made with a wheel like the traditional technique, due to this the clay wall is thinner and transpire more water than usual.

'To design this clay jug I had to think about what role a jug can have today, I have imagined it at an outdoor party where everyone goes with a plate in hand.'
The 2022 clay jug is designed by one of the most important architects and product designers in the country: Carme Pinós.

The clay jug proposedby Carme Pinós is functional and has the natural ability to keep the water fresh inside.
Rustic (unvarnished) and finished with red clay, it is extremely elegant and also suggests a woman's body.


Carme Pinós is one of the most important architects and product designers in the country and she is also the first woman who has been commissioned to design the series of signature jugs.
Limited edition of 3,000 copies, numbered one by one on the base.
