Each càntir is delivered with its individual box personalized with the original sketch of the càntir made by Nani Marquina herself.

The 2023 signature càntir is the work of Nani Marquina, a designer specializing in textiles and founder of the Nanimarquina brand; company that designs, publishes and distributes rugs and textile items for the home, which is based on the principles of observation, innovation, emotions and the desire to modernize artisan traditions.
“I have great respect for popular crafts; That is why redesigning a càntir has been a challenge for me. Craftsmanship is functionality, simplicity and at the same time aesthetics; a show of sincerity. I have searched for the essence of beauty in the natural and material. The water, the earth and the hands of man have made possible what I always look for: the beauty of imperfection”.

For this creation, the designer has worked closely with the artisans, since she was clear that she wanted her càntir to be "totally handmade". This artisan essence stands out especially in the brushstrokes that decorate the container and that means that no two càntirs are the same.
In this irregular line, the designer wants to represent what she calls “the beauty of imperfection”. With this, Marquina gives prominence to the manual gesture involved in creating a càntir, to convey to the public "the unique ability of crafts to make us think which hands are behind the creation and what its history is".
