Description

The Memory of Objects

The mortar is a tool that is very often used in Catalan and Valencian cuisine to crush and mix products, to make mince and also to make our own sauces such as aioli, mayonnaise, romesco, etc.

The originality of the porron means that it has often been used as a traditional symbol of Catalonia. Porrón is common in popular and festive collective meals such as calçotades, caragoladas, etc.

A kitchen siphon is a traditional device that is used to insert air or other gases into a liquid preparation, and that specifically refers to a generally glass container with which carbonated water is served.
