Description
ANIS DEL MONO dresses up to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the brand with a luxury edition that replicates the original recipe created by its founder, Vicente Bosch in 1870. The bottle is inspired by the origins of the brand and its close relationship with the world of art and, in particular, with modernism. The sinuous shapes recreate the magic of nature, evoking the movement of water. A limited edition of 3,000 exclusive bottles.12589.jpg
ELABORATION
Made from an exclusive selection of Matalahúva anise kernels on land selected for their high quality. Double distillation of the seed in original copper stills from 1870, to purify the essential oils obtained to the maximum. Demineralized water, rectified alcohol of the highest purity and beet sugar, together with the essential oil, make up this singular and unique anise.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
In sight: colorless, transparent and shiny. To the nose: intense anise aroma, with subtle aromatic notes of the other botanicals. In the mouth: the strength of the alcohol is perfectly balanced with the sugar, giving rise to a very pleasant product with a very persistent finish.
