Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with green reflections, clean and bright. Aromas of ripe white fruit, dominated by citrus and floral background with subtle hints of fennel and jasmine. In the mouth has a good offense, fresh and mineral with a silky taste. Finish with good acidity and fruity hints accompanied by creamy that give a good volume and density characteristic of Xarel·lo with a long and pleasant end. El Xitxarel·lo recommend pairing the dishes with seafood, pasta salads, sushi, rice, risotto and poultry.
